& why I devote my Sunday to making these playlists

Have you ever heard the intro chords to a song, and when the singer begins to sing, you realized you thought it was a different song? Have you heard a sample in a rap song you knew from your childhood? Is there a faint echo of past songs in the songs you hear on the radio today? Because all of these instances have happened to me, I began to research influences and influencers to tie them with the music they've either inspired in others or the music they've created themselves in homage of those before. I hope you find it as interesting as I do.
